Referrals accepted for review
Now accepting adult guardianship referrals for review. This service is limited to adult guardianship of the person, subject to case review and court appointment when required.

Active service
We support adults, families, and referring providers with plain-language SSI and SSDI questions, general application information, and practical next steps.
Referrals are reviewed for service fit, capacity, and authorization. Case acceptance and benefit approval are not guaranteed. Social Security makes benefit decisions.
