CFSS inquiries are general only. Official CFSS consultation referrals are not being accepted through Connect And Care LLC. Connect And Care LLC is not currently a Minnesota DHS-contracted CFSS consultation provider, and eligibility and service authorization decisions remain with the responsible lead agency.
